Cash on delivery with a fiscal receipt

Which courier issues which document

• Econt — till receipt. The courier issues a fiscal till receipt in the name of our company. Keep it as you would any other till receipt.
• Speedy — postal money order receipt. In this case the amount is transferred to the company's bank account, and your document is the receipt issued by the courier. You will find the details on the Cash on delivery by postal money order page.

In both cases you only pay on receipt and you get a document for the amount paid. The only difference is the type of document.

Keep the document. It proves that you have paid — particularly if you have requested an invoice.

1. Attach the till receipt to the invoice. The fiscal receipt is the document evidencing the payment made.
2. Record the invoice as paid in cash — on the basis of the till receipt.
3. Check the company name on the receipt. The receipt is issued in the name of AZIMUTH 6000 EOOD, even though it is handed to you by the courier.

An invoice is requested on the order page by ticking "I would like an invoice" — with the company name, company number, address and authorised representative.
