If you register, it will be used to manage access to your account, and when an order is placed successfully, it will be used to process it. Protecting personal data and safeguarding our customers’ personal and financial information is our priority. We process your information in accordance with the applicable legislation, and more specifically with General Regulation 2016/670 (better known as the GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA). This Privacy Policy informs you about the most important aspects of the processing of your data at Luga.bg. It also informs you of the time limits and the legal grounds on which we collect, process, store, use, destroy and protect your personal information.
1. CommentsWhen visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. 2. Contact formWhen you write to us through the contact form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request and to answer any follow-up questions you may have. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent! 3. OrdersFor the purposes of online trading and customer satisfaction, we store your IP address, names, delivery address, email, telephone number and billing details. The data you submit is used solely in connection with the creation, processing and dispatch of your orders and so that we can assist you with enquiries and requests. We do not use your telephone number to send you commercial offers. We will contact you by telephone only if there is a problem with your order and/or to provide you with information about your delivery. We do not disclose this data to third parties, with the exception of:
the payment service provider processing the payment (PayPal, Braintree);
the courier company delivering your purchase.
When you complete an order in our online shop, the system may automatically create a customer account for you, which is needed to process and track the order. The account contains only the details you provided when ordering and allows you to keep track of your purchase history and future deliveries more easily. You may request deletion of your account or a change to your details at any time by contacting us at sales@luga.bg. The processing and storage of this data is carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We store your data for 10 years following your order.
4. CookiesWe strive to maintain a user-friendly website that presents useful information and modern functionality. To this end, we use various applications that require the use of so-called “cookies”.
Google Analytics. Through Google’s cookies we collect statistical data that shows us how you and others use the site. This helps us determine which sections of the site are of interest to visitors and which need improvement.
Facebook Pixel. Facebook has its own privacy policy and you have an easy and convenient way to control what you wish to see in your profile.
If you leave a comment on our site, your name and email address will be saved in cookies. These are for your convenience, so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies will be kept for one year.

You have the right to opt out of receiving commercial communications. You can opt out by following the “Unsubscribe” button included in every such email.
You have the right to request that all your data be deleted (the “right to be forgotten”). This will mean you can no longer use your account on the site if you are registered.
