Delivery to an office, parcel locker or address

It depends on the weight of the parcel and on whether it's going to an office, a parcel locker or an address. You'll see the exact price on the order page once you've chosen a courier and a location — before you pay. The prices shown in the cart are indicative, as your address isn't known at that stage.

We dispatch within 2 working days of your order (within 3 for international orders), though we aim to send it the same day. Delivery by courier within Bulgaria usually takes 1–2 working days.

Yes. We send parcels with an "inspection" option — you can open the parcel and check the contents in the courier's presence.

Please check that the value of the products after discounts exceeds the threshold for your chosen courier, and that your order does not contain more than the permitted number of large-size lye packs. On the checkout page there is a tick next to each condition — it turns green when the condition is met.

Your parcel is left in a locker at an Econt, Speedy or BOX NOW automated station. You receive a code and collect it whenever it suits you, with no queuing.

Show the damage to the courier on delivery and let us know within 14 days. We will replace the damaged product at our expense, including transport. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes — you have 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason. The exception is opened products, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. How it works — see the Terms and Conditions.
