When will I receive my order?

We ship with Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW — to an office, to your address or to a parcel locker. Your parcel usually arrives within 48 hours of your order being confirmed.

How can I pay?

By debit or credit card, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery upon receipt.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. On larger orders, the quantity discount is applied automatically in the cart — including on products that are already reduced. The promo bundles are priced lower than the individual products.

When is shipping free?

Over a certain order value, delivery is free to a courier office or parcel locker (see the banner above the products). For the large lye packs there is a limit on the quantity — full details are on the “Delivery” page.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason — just email sales@luga.bg or give us a call.
