Magnesium for Healthy Skin

Transdermal magnesium therapy for healthy skin

Skin

A large proportion of the body’s chronic conditions manifest on the skin and incorrectlysx_back_web are called skin diseases. They are usually linked to disturbances in the digestive system, poor absorption of food, congestion and intoxication of the body. It has long been known in natural medicine that when attention is paid to nutrition, and when the body is cleansed through regular fasting and light days, fruit juices and diets, skin conditions respond very favourably. Research shows that magnesium applied to the skin in the form of magnesium oil is of great benefit to people with acne, psoriasis, eczema and neurodermatitis, as well as with all kinds of problems affecting the skin, hair and nails.

With almost all skin diseases it is advisable to take magnesium. It is also an excellent remedy against inflammatory processes. It is known that, on the one hand, these result from acidification of the body, while on the other hand the inflammations themselves cause further acidification. Magnesium is of essential importance for the metabolism of the skin. For example, a major magnesium deficiency is found in the skin scales and in the serum of patients with psoriasis. It is thought that magnesium influences the maturation of skin cells in patients with psoriasis. In addition, with regard to the bronchi, magnesium acts as an anti-allergic agent.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a relatively poorly understood condition, and the way it is treated by conventional medicine does not lead to good results. The causes of its appearance are complex and are already fairly well studied by holistic medicine.
Emotionally, psoriasis sufferers are usually sensitive and conscientious people who do not express their emotions sufficiently and are forced to put up with some kind of conflict situation. In this way they have consciously or unconsciously accumulated a great deal of anger, anxiety and other negative emotions within themselves, which find an outward outlet through the skin. .
To support their recovery, they need to reconsider their attitude towards the pressing issues in their daily lives and start expressing their emotions in an appropriate way. It is good for them to try to stand up for their opinion more and not to worry so much about everything. .
These people often have problems with the spine, which leads to impaired innervation and trophic supply (nourishment) of the digestive system. Nerve fibres emerge from the spine and, through their impulses, have a nourishing effect on the digestive organs; if these nerves are compressed by spinal curvatures or blockages, small sores (microlesions) and/or thinning of the walls of the small intestine occur. In such cases even very small dietary errors lead to unwanted substances entering the bloodstream. They are eliminated through the skin and in this way the body rids itself of them – that is, psoriatic rashes are a manifestation of the body’s attempts to heal itself and should not be suppressed.

Typical of psoriasis are the body’s reduced capacity for self-cleansing, as well as problems with the liver and kidneys, and if constipation is also present, this further hinders recovery. In our experience we have already had many cases in which patients with psoriasis responded exceptionally well to magnesium oil. Very often psoriasis sufferers have been subjected to years of suppressive therapies (some of them officially approved). With these, the psoriasis appears to ease at first sight, but overall health deteriorates, since instead of remaining localised only peripherally on the skin, the condition moves towards more central structures of the body. This gives rise to complications such as psoriatic arthritis.

Unfortunately, most magnesium supplements offered on the market today are useless for two reasons: first, they are not made from the appropriate form of magnesium, and second, taking magnesium orally is not particularly effective. The form of magnesium that the human metabolic system recognises and assimilates most efficiently is magnesium chloride, the same form contained in seawater, yet very few food supplements on today’s market include this type of magnesium. And the simple secret to taking magnesium correctly and absorbing it optimally is to apply it transdermally, i.e. through the skin rather than by mouth.

Transdermal intake of magnesium is a fast and correct way to correct chronic degenerative conditions caused by magnesium deficiency, and the simplest way to do it is to rub the skin with a liquid solution of magnesium chloride, or to soak the feet for 20 minutes in a bowl of hot water with a certain amount of liquid magnesium chloride added. Within a complete therapeutic programme for detoxification and regeneration, transdermal magnesium therapy plays a key role in the form of a soothing hot bath to which 50 ml of “magnesium oil” is added.
