APPLICATOR – BODY COMPRESS WITH BLACK SEA LYE
A ready-to-use compress made of non-woven cotton fabric measuring 600 x 330 mm, saturated with Black Sea lye. The Black Sea lye in its composition is particularly suitable for people suffering from rheumatism, arthrosis, disc problems, muscle pain and inflammation of the periarticular tissues. The product is suitable for use in balneological and physiotherapy centres, as well as at home. The trace elements and minerals penetrate the skin and have a refreshing, relaxing and toning effect on the whole body. Suitable for SPA, wellness, balneological, physiotherapy and fitness centres, saunas and home use.

The Black Sea lye in its composition supplies the body with magnesium and has a beneficial effect on the muscles, joints and bone structure. or cosmetic treatments. Place the sachet (without opening it) in water pre-warmed to 38–40 °C for about 5 minutes. Open the sachet at the marked point and take out the cloth soaked in Black Sea lye. Apply it to the affected area (without wringing out the cloth). Cover the compress with foil and then wrap it in a towel. The procedure lasts 20–40 minutes, once or twice a day. A course of 12–14 procedures is recommended.
Black Sea lye (also known as “Pomorie lye”, “mother lye”, “natural lye” or “medicinal lye”) is a natural product obtained during salt production in the Burgas and Pomorie salt lakes, containing many times the concentration of all the beneficial elements found in sea and lake water. In recent years it has been extracted only in the Burgas salt pans. As the water evaporates from the salt pan, the lye remains above the salt layer as a cloudy, thick, oil-like liquid with a yellow-brown colour and a reddish tint, and sometimes a pungent smell. According to numerous studies carried out over the years by scientists at ISUL and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, it has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and antiseptic effects. In terms of qualities it is identical to the healing liman mud. It is used for therapeutic and restorative, rehabilitation and treatment procedures thanks to its content of minerals that are extremely valuable for the human body, with magnesium being predominant. Applied to the skin, Black Sea lye supplies the body with magnesium and a range of other valuable minerals and substances, having a beneficial effect on the muscular, joint and bone structure. It relaxes, nourishes and hydrates the skin of the body. The trace elements and mineral substances penetrate the skin and have a refreshing and toning effect on the whole body. Compress cloth made of non-woven cotton fabric, 600 x 330 mm, soaked in Black Sea lye. Contains 100% stabilised Black Sea lye in its natural form. The colour and smell (in some cases sharp – of hydrogen sulphide) are natural and vary depending on the year and month of extraction. High magnesium content (MgCl2 and MgSO4). The product is suitable for balneological and physiotherapy centres, as well as for home use.
COMPRESSES: Place the sachet (without opening it) in pre-warmed water at 38-40 °C for about 5 minutes. Open the sachet at the marked place and take out the cloth soaked in Black Sea lye. Place it on the problem area (without wringing out the cloth). Cover the compress with film and then wrap it in a towel. The procedure lasts 20 – 40 minutes, once or twice a day. Recommended course: 12 – 14 procedures.
BODY RUBS: Open the sachet at the marked place. Take out the cloth soaked in Black Sea lye and rub it over the body. After 10-15 minutes, rinse the body with lukewarm water without using soaps or shower gels.

Its composition is close to that of mud solution, which is why it has an effect similar to the healing liman mud extracted from these lakes.
