Personal Data Deletion Request

If you have used Facebook to log in or interact with the Luga Shop application and wish the data associated with you to be deleted, please submit a request via the contact form or write to us at sales@luga.bg.

In the “Subject” field, write “Deletion of data from Luga Shop” and state the email address used at registration or when placing the order. Do not send your password or any other sensitive data.

Once we have established which records relate to the request, we will delete the data received via Facebook/Meta, except for information we are required to retain by law. You will receive confirmation once the request has been processed.
