Description
Natural face and body soap with Black Sea lye and zeolite
Contains stabilised Black Sea lye in its natural form and pine tar. With a high magnesium content (MgCl2 and MgSO4). The soap makes the skin soft and smooth, cleanses deeply, replenishes the body with magnesium, hydrates, mineralises, nourishes and leaves a long-lasting feeling of freshness. The zeolite in the soap works as a natural filter for the skin. Its mineral structure traps impurities, toxins and excess sebum without disturbing the skin’s natural balance. Combined with Black Sea lye, it enhances the detoxifying and mineralising effect, so the skin stays cleaner, smoother and calmer. Put your trust in our high-quality ANCHIALO cosmetic products with Black Sea lye and liman mud. Health and beauty from Bulgarian nature.

Zeolite has several key uses in cosmetics that make it a valuable active ingredient:
- Detoxification — its porous structure absorbs toxins, heavy metals and impurities from the surface of the skin.
- Sebum regulation — helps oily and combination skin by reducing shine and clogged pores.
- Antibacterial effect — creates an environment in which bacteria struggle to survive, which is helpful for acne and irritation.
- Mineralisation — delivers trace elements that support the skin’s recovery and vitality.
- Gentle exfoliant — its fine particles polish the skin without damaging it.
- Soothing — reduces redness and helps restore balance in sensitive skin.
What Black Sea lye is:
Black Sea lye (also known as “Pomorie lye”, “mother lye”, “natural lye” or “medicinal lye”) is a natural product obtained during salt production at the Burgas and Pomorie salt lakes, with a many times higher concentration of all the beneficial elements of sea and lake water. In recent years it has been extracted only in the Burgas salt pans. After the water in the salt pans evaporates and the salt crystallises, the lye remains on the surface of the salt layer as a thick, cloudy, oil-like liquid with a yellow-brown colour and a reddish tint.
The unique beneficial properties of Black Sea lye are due to its rich mineral and organic composition; in terms of biologically active substances it is considerably superior to sea water. Its composition is close to that of the mud solution, which is why it has an effect similar to the healing mud extracted from these lakes.
Properties:
- has a strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action
- has a toning and relaxing effect on the whole body
- relieves tiredness and heaviness in the limbs
- nourishes and rejuvenates the skin and slows down its ageing
- mineralises the body and stimulates the natural defence responses of the immune system
The beneficial effect of Black Sea lye has been proven in many health conditions:
- problems and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, rheumatic and neurological problems – arthritis, arthrosis, neuritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammation of the periarticular tissues, sprains, joint dislocations, fractures, neuralgia, plexitis, discopathy and others
- muscle pain, cramps
- skin problems – psoriasis, acne, fungal infections, open wounds and others
- colds and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract
- inflammation in the oral cavity – periodontitis, mouth ulcers, gingivitis and others. It reduces gum swelling, normalises the acid-alkaline balance in the mouth, helps maintain the normal oral microflora, strengthens tooth enamel and significantly reduces the likelihood of tooth decay.
Did you know … ?
Zeolite has a ‘cellular memory’ and can capture and hold toxins within its structure without breaking down itself? This is exactly why it is called the ‘mineral sieve’ and why it is so valued in cosmetics.
