AZIMUTH Bulgarian Black Sea table salt crystals, 120 g is harvested from the Black Sea and retains its natural marine minerals.
Unlike refined cooking salt, crystal sea salt is produced by evaporating seawater and undergoes no further processing. It is used for cooking and for seasoning at the table.
The salt comes from the very same Pomorie lake whose remaining liquid, left after the salt is harvested, is Black Sea lye.
The same product can also be found in Black Sea salt.
