Track your order online

From 22 September 2026 you can track your order yourself on the “Order tracking” page.

How it works

1. Enter your order number — you will find it in the email you receive after placing the order.
2. Add the phone number or email address you used for the order.
3. You will see the stage your order is at, and once the parcel has been handed over to the courier — its journey as well.

Even easier: the order emails contain a button that opens the tracking directly.

We have also added a “Help” page — with the answers to the most common questions about orders, delivery, payment and returns.
