Four-stage anti-cellulite treatment
A complex of sub-treatments using Le'Spa products, carried out in a set sequence. The stages can also be applied separately, but maximum results come only from the complete treatment — in the correct order.

The stages of the treatment
Follow the order: each stage prepares the skin for the next.
Dry exfoliation
Using grated coconut shavings or an exfoliating glove (body mitt) in the coarsest grade. The aim is to remove the dead skin from the areas being treated, so that the active ingredients can penetrate more easily in the following stages.
Massage with warming anti-cellulite gel
The gel is massaged into the problem areas. The active ingredient from Brazilian pepper tree warms the skin, boosts blood flow, heats the fatty deposits and releases the fluid from them. The skin reddens — the redness disappears within 10 minutes.
Do not use the gel on areas affected by varicose veins. Use a non-warming anti-cellulite oil instead.
Massage with a cream and gel mix
The gel and the cream are mixed in equal amounts. The cream has a draining action and helps the active ingredients — both its own and those of the gel — penetrate more deeply.
Massage with anti-cellulite cream
The cream is massaged into the skin. After the three stages the subcutaneous fatty deposits have been broken down, and the released fluid needs to be drawn out through the skin — that is what the mask does.
Firming body mask
A complex of French dental plaster and several types of silicone. The plaster is first mixed with water into a paste and applied end to end by hand or with a brush. The mask draws out transdermally the fluid released during the massage.
Applying the mask — two methods
Professional: the “sandwich”
The mask is applied in a 3 – 4 mm layer onto a sheet of plastic film of the required size, and a slightly damp non-woven fabric cloth (around 70 g/m²) is placed on top. The “sandwich” is wrapped around the area like a compress, with the film on the outside and the cloth against the skin. After 20 – 30 minutes everything is removed and thrown away.
Directly onto the skin
The mask is applied straight onto the skin (3 – 4 mm), or onto plastic film and wrapped without a cloth. This requires thorough cleansing of the body after the treatment.
