2. Product prices:

The price of each product is shown on the product page and in your cart when you add items.

• Product prices do not include shipping costs.
• VAT is calculated on a separate line at checkout, as well as in your cart.
• The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. See “3. Delivery terms”
• Any additional charges (such as a PayPal payment fee) are calculated at checkout. See “5. Payment methods”
• You pay the price of the product valid at the time of your order.
• In connection with Bulgaria’s accession to the Eurozone, as of 01.01.2026 the main currency on the site becomes the euro, with all prices automatically converted at the fixed rate.
• During the dual display period, prices are shown in both euro and leva, in accordance with statutory requirements. Once the dual display period ends, prices will be shown in euro only.

3. Ordering terms:

In order to place orders at wholesale prices in the Trade Zone, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Company registration in the Trade Zone
• The minimum value of the products ordered must exceed EUR 100 (excluding VAT).

4. Delivery terms:

We offer the following delivery options:

• We offer delivery with the courier companies Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW, at the customer’s choice.
• For some products the choice of courier may be limited. For example, delivery may be available with Econt but not with Speedy, or vice versa. This will be shown at checkout, once you have added all the products you want and their quantities to your cart.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days to a courier office or an address specified by you.
• The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, according to the courier’s tariff.
• The shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and on whether it is delivered to a courier office or to the customer’s address.
• The e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched includes a parcel tracking code.
• The parcel is sent with the inspection option.
• Should the products you have ordered be out of stock or require more time to produce, the delivery time may be extended, and we will inform you accordingly.
