Who can order and on what terms

Wholesale prices are available to registered companies only. Registration is a one-off step; once approved, you order directly from the zone's shop.

  • The minimum order value is shown in the card above and is checked automatically in the cart — below it, the order cannot be completed.
  • The price of each product is shown on its page and in the cart; VAT is calculated on a separate line at checkout.
  • Shipping is not included in the product prices — it is calculated at checkout, at the rate of the courier you choose.
  • You pay the price valid at the time of the order.

2. Delivery

Econt, Speedy or BOX NOW — your choice

You choose the courier and the collection point at checkout; that is also where you see the exact price before you pay. For some products the choice of courier may be limited — this is shown in the cart.

3. Free shipping

When shipping is on us

The threshold applies to the value of the products after discounts, excluding shipping itself. The terms below are taken from the shop settings — the same ones the cart uses to calculate.

The restrictions are due to the heavy, low-cost lye pack sizes — with those, the courier costs more than the product itself.

4. Timeframes

When it ships and how to track it

We process and dispatch within 2 working days. If a product is out of stock or requires production time, the deadline is extended — we will let you know in advance.

5. Payment

How to pay

Online payments are processed through secure payment systems — your card details are never entered or stored on our site.

Cash on delivery

In cash to the courier on delivery. By postal money order or with a cash receipt — depending on the courier.

In Bulgaria

Bank transfer

In advance, to our bank account. You receive the details with your order confirmation.

Visa, Mastercard and Maestro through the secure Braintree system.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I complete my order?

Most often, the value of the products is below the minimum for the zone (excluding VAT) — the cart shows how much is left to reach it. Please also check that a courier is available for each product.

Why is no courier available for some products?

Heavy or large packs can only be sent with a particular courier. The restriction is shown in the cart, before payment.

When is shipping free?

Above the threshold of the selected courier (see section 3), calculated on the value of the products after discounts, excluding the shipping charge itself. Some products are subject to quantity limits.

When will I receive my invoice?

With every order — issued to the company, using the details from your registration. If any corrections are needed, write to us on the day you place your order.

Can I inspect the parcel before paying?

Yes. Every parcel is sent with the "inspect before payment" option — you open it in the courier's presence.
