Overdosing is not possible, as the skin takes in only as much as it needs. For a better effect, after applying the oil wrap the area in plastic or cling film and then in a towel to keep it warm. This enhances the action, as the pores open and the oil is absorbed better. Treat the problem area once or twice a day for one week. It can be used daily to maintain tone and to provide the body with a continuous supply of magnesium and other beneficial minerals. If you are using the oil preventively, you may skip wrapping with film and a towel. In that case simply leave the oil to dry on the skin \u2013 for around 30 to 60 minutes, for example.
