The treatment is a complex of several sub-procedures and is carried out in several stages, using different products. The stages can also be applied separately, but only completing all of them in the correct order delivers maximum results.<\/p>\n

Preparatory stage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To help the anti-cellulite gel and cream penetrate better, a dry scrub is performed before the treatment, using grated coconut shavings or an exfoliating glove\/mitt in the coarsest grade. The aim is to remove the dead skin from the areas being treated so that the active ingredients can penetrate the skin more easily during the following stages of the anti-cellulite treatment.<\/p>\n

Stage 1. Anti-cellulite massage with Le\u2019Spa anti-cellulite gel with a warming effect<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Rub the gel into the problem areas for 10\u201315 minutes. The gel contains an active ingredient derived from the Brazilian pepper tree, which produces the warming effect on the areas being massaged. It stimulates blood flow to these areas, warms the fatty deposits and releases the fluid from them. During the massage the skin turns red, and this redness disappears after 10 minutes. Caution! The gel must not be used where there are varicose veins on the areas being treated<\/strong>. In such cases, an anti-cellulite oil without a warming effect should be used instead of the gel.<\/p>\n

\"Le'Spa<\/a><\/p>\n

Stage 2. Anti-cellulite massage with a mix of anti-cellulite cream<\/a> and Le’Spa anti-cellulite gel<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix equal amounts of gel and cream and massage in for 10\u201315 minutes. The anti-cellulite cream has a draining action, which helps its active ingredients \u2014 as well as those of the anti-cellulite gel \u2014 penetrate more deeply.<\/p>\n

\"Le'Spa<\/a> \"Le'Spa<\/a><\/p>\n

Stage 3. Anti-cellulite massage with Le’Spa anti-cellulite cream<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Rub the cream in with a massage for around 10\u201315 minutes.<\/p>\n

\"Le'Spa<\/a><\/p>\n

Stage 4.<\/strong> Once the anti-cellulite massage is complete \u2014 it lasts 40\u201345 minutes in total \u2014 and the subcutaneous fatty deposits and other adipose accumulations have been broken down, fluid (fat compounds) has been released and this needs to be drawn out transdermally (through the skin). This is done with the firming body mask, which is a complex of French dental plaster and several types of silicone. The plaster is first dissolved in water to form a paste. The mask is applied from edge to edge by hand or with a brush, and there are two ways of applying it:<\/p>\n

First method<\/strong> (professional, recommended): Spread a sheet of plastic film on a flat surface, large enough to wrap around the area being treated. Apply the mask onto the film in a layer 3\u20134 mm thick, then lay a cloth over it \u2014 ideally TNT (non-woven textile) with a weight of 70 g\/sq.m \u2014 which has been soaked in water beforehand and wrung out well so that it is only slightly damp. Wrap the finished \u201csandwich\u201d around the treated area (like a compress), with the film on the outside and the cloth between the mask and the skin. After 20\u201330 minutes (or until the mask has hardened) the procedure is complete, and the cloth, the mask and the film are gathered up and disposed of, as they cannot be reused.<\/p>\n

Second method<\/strong> (not recommended, non-professional, as it requires thorough cleansing of the body after the treatment): The mask is applied directly onto the treated area of skin (a layer of about 3\u20134 mm) or onto a sheet of plastic film large enough to wrap around the area being treated. The film is wrapped around the treated area, with the mask in direct contact with the skin, and you then wait 20\u201330 minutes for the mask to harden. Once the procedure is finished, the film and the hardened mask are carefully removed and disposed of, as they cannot be reused.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
