Er wird empfohlen bei Erkrankungen des Bewegungsapparates (au\u00dfer akuten und spezifischen Formen), des peripheren Nervensystems, bei gyn\u00e4kologischen Beschwerden und Unfruchtbarkeit sowie bei Hauterkrankungen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lb-summary\">\n<p class=\"lb-summary-title\">Kurz gefasst<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Schlamm aus Pomorie ist ein <strong>Limanschlamm<\/strong> \u2014 er entsteht in einem Salzsee, der vom Meer abgetrennt ist.<\/li>\n<li>Neben Limanschlamm gibt es <strong>Torf-, Quell- und Vulkanpeloide<\/strong> \u2014 mit unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung und Wirkung.<\/li>\n<li>Die Schlammtherapie hilft den Gelenken, dem Nervensystem und der Haut und st\u00e4rkt die Immunabwehr.<\/li>\n<li>Die Gegenanzeigen sind wenige, aber ernst zu nehmen \u2014 sehen Sie sie sich weiter unten an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Wie Pomorie zum Kurort f\u00fcr Schlammtherapie wurde<\/h2>\n<p>Der See von Pomorie entstand nach einem katastrophalen Erdbeben im Jahr 740 v. Chr. Im Jahr 1905 \u201eentdeckte\u201c Dr. Petar Stoyanov ihn wieder und erforschte ihn mehrere Jahre lang. Nach diesen Untersuchungen wurde ein Schlammheilbad errichtet, und heute ist Pomorie ein bekannter Seekurort f\u00fcr Schlammtherapie.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_881\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-881\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-881\" src=\"https:\/\/images.luga.bg\/2015\/10\/pomorijsko_ezero-300x200.png\" alt=\"Der See von Pomorie, in dem der heilende Limanschlamm gewonnen wird\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"\/><p id=\"caption-attachment-881\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Der See von Pomorie<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Die Arten von Heilschlamm (Peloide)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Limanschlamm<\/strong> \u2014 wie der aus Pomorie: Er entsteht in Salzseen am Meer, ist schwarz und fettig und enth\u00e4lt viel Schwefelwasserstoff und Mineralien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Torfschlamm<\/strong> \u2014 entsteht in Mooren durch langanhaltende Zersetzung organischer Stoffe und ist reich an Humins\u00e4uren. In Bulgarien ist das Vorkommen bei der Stadt Banya nahe Karlovo bekannt: etwa 30 Dekar Sumpfgebiet, durchtr\u00e4nkt mit Mineralwasser, mit einer Torfschicht von 30 cm bis 1,5 m. Der Schlamm ist dunkelbraun und riecht leicht nach Schwefelwasserstoff. Er wirkt schmerzlindernd und entz\u00fcndungshemmend und hilft, Schwellungen abklingen zu lassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quellschlamm<\/strong> \u2014 schlammige Ablagerungen am Grund von S\u00fc\u00dfwassergew\u00e4ssern. Er enth\u00e4lt sowohl mineralische als auch organische Stoffe und gilt als besonders schonend.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vulkanschlamm<\/strong> \u2014 entsteht durch vulkanische Aktivit\u00e4t; er enth\u00e4lt die meisten Mineralstoffe und nur Spuren organischer Substanzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bei welchen Beschwerden wird eine Schlammtherapie empfohlen<\/h2>\n<p>Heilschlamm verbessert den Stoffwechsel und die N\u00e4hrstoffversorgung des Gewebes und beschleunigt so dessen Regeneration.
